Alexey specialises in comprehensive asset ownership protection and management, asset structuring, corporate re-organisations, strategic development, shareholder value enhancement and effective investment exits.

He has over 20 years of experience in international capital markets including M&A, IPO, SPO, CLN and Eurobond transactions, structuring alliances and JVs. Alexey was responsible for managing complex reorganisations and consolidations, fine-tuning corporate governance systems, executing debt-financed buy-backs, resolving shareholder conflicts, separating businesses, establishing “turn-key” private foundations, private trust companies, private label funds as the best solutions for anti-confiscation asset protection, ownership, inheritance, estate planning and involving next generations in business management (in Russia, Lichtenstein, Cyprus, BVI, Jersey, Guernsey, Switzerland, England, Singapore, Panama, Monaco, Curacao and other jurisdictions).

Alexey has served in various senior management, board and/or advisory roles at Mars Capital S.A. (Switzerland, investment management), Eurasia Capital (Moscow and Cyprus, real estate funds), KM Invest (Russia and Cyprus, private diversified investment fund), Linebrook Limited (Cyprus, industrial holding), Sputnik Funds (Moscow, private equity) and ruNet fund (Moscow, hi-tech investments). He has also worked for the law firm Mayer, Brown and Platt (London, Moscow and Tashkent, international law firm).

Alexey is a member of the New York State Bar. He holds an Executive MBA from IMD (Switzerland), LL.M from John Marshall Law School (Chicago), a JD from the University of World Economy, Diplomacy and International Law and MSc in physics from Tashkent State University.
