Oleg has over 10 years of professional experience in energy, oil and gas. He specialises in business strategy, developing new markets and managing large-scale commercial projects.

Oleg is currently Director for Business Development at NTT Group of Companies which includes NTT Centre, LLC, NTT Construction, LLC, Sarovsk Compressor Company, LLC and Energogas-Sarov, LLC. These companies supply equipment and provide turn-key construction, at-site installation and starting-up and adjustment services. They also offer maintenance services during guarantee and post-guarantee periods as well as operation of the Customers’ objects.

Below is a list of several completed projects:

- OJSC FSK EES, Sochi – provision of uninterrupted electricity supply for Olympic Games 2014

(Provision of round- the-clock exploitation of the park of FSK EES in Sochi – over 160 DGU for the total of ~150 MVT by ~ 200 operators, service officers and engineers of NTT- Centre, LLC and NTT group of companies.

- OJSC Network Company, Kazan

(Provision of uninterrupted electricity supply for 24 objects of Student Games 2013 by 129 operators, service officers and engineers of NTT- Centre, LLC and NTT group of companies. Supply + lease of 66 DGU for the total of 22 MVT) - Sukeevo vilarge, Tatarstan Republic, Fonica-Gips, LLC.

(Turn-key construction of mini-TES 9х1640kVT MWM 15,5 MVT)

Previously Oleg for Director for Business Development of he Russian Representative office of Vereinigte Energietechnik AG. In this role he was responsible for liaising with regulatory bodies, investors, natural monopolies, as well as the promotion of a small generation program in Russia’s regions and developing a program to utilise oil-well gas for oil extracting companies.

He also served as Advisor to the General Director and Project Manager at ZAO “Eurasia Telecom Regiony” where he was responsible for the development of regulation and setting up of the consortium, operational control and interrelation with natural monopolies (FSK, MRSK).

Oleg has served in various managerial positions in Russia and abroad for Trade House Neftmagistral, Science and Production enterprise “Vit”, Representative office of М-2-S (France), Bridge Media International LLC (USA) and MCM Metro Capital Management AG (Switzerland).

Oleg is a graduate of the Economics Department of St. Petersburg State University and has a degree in Management from the International Management Institute of St. Petersburg (IMISP). Currently, Oleg takes Executive MBA at Skolkovo School of Management.
