Direct Investments

Alexey has over 17 years of private equity, operations and capital markets experience. Since 2007 he worked for Invest AG (Moscow), a private equity fund with ca. $1 bn of AUM and he served as its CЕО since 2009.
 
Over this period Alexey also held several managerial and board positions with Invest AG portfolio companies including Chairman of the Board of Directors (2009-2010) of EnergoStroyInvest Holding, an infrastructure engineering company with more than $1 bn of revenues; CEO (2011) of Russian Oils Group, one of Russia's largest vegetable oil manufactures.
 
Between 2002 and 2007 Alexey occupied various senior managerial positions, including that of Managing Director of Linebrook Limited (Cyprus), Director of Corporate Finance and Capital Markets of OPIN (member of Interros Holding Group). Prior to that he held various positions with Bear Stearns International (London) and Alfa Capital (Moscow). Alexey started his career in 1993 with Deloitte & Touche Tohmatsu International.
 
Alexey has a degree in Finance from the Plekhanov Economic Academy in Moscow.
