Leonid is Partner and Co-founder of Kalinka-Realty, which he established in 1999.
 
He has worked in the Russian development industry since the inception of this new market segment. He has a successful track record for several investment transactions as well as development projects in different real estate market segments in Moscow and the Moscow Region.
 
As Chairman of the Board of Directors of KB-Engineering, for several years he managed various projects including conceptual planning, financial and risk management, business planning, construction management, defining the sales strategy, organising exploitation and maintenance of real estate.
 
From 2003 until 2007 Leonid served on the Board of Directors of Concordia Asset Management.
 
He holds an MBA in Development from the Institute of Business Administration of the Russian Academy of National Economy.
