Alexandre specialises in governance and operations of financial institutions and industrial groups.

Alexandre has over 20 years of senior management and project execution experience in Russian and international companies. These projects include: restructuring of investment funds for Mars Capital (Geneva and Jersey), creation of business development strategy for Uralsib Asset Management (Moscow), establishment of a real estate investment management company Eurasia Capital (Moscow and Cyprus), set-up and management of the industrial holding company Linebrook Limited (Cyprus). Alexandre was also responsible for design and implementation of the international business development, corporate governance and investment value enhancement strategy for MDM-Bank (Moscow).

Prior to that Alexandre worked at Renaissance Capital (Moscow and London), where he developed and was responsible for an integrated risk management function and was responsible for Renaissance Capital receiving a general investment banking licence in London, and Banque Paribas (London) and UBS (Zurich) where he worked in risk management and business development in Russian and the CIS financial markets.

Alexandre holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, Canada and a BA in Economics from Brock University, Canada.
He is a member of the National Association of Independent Directors (Russia) and the Jersey Association of Directors and Officers.
